New Moon Summary

New Moon is written by Stephenie Meyer. It is the sequel book of Twilight. Bella has been living with her father for over six months and has met the love of her life. The small problem is that the love of her life is a vampire. Fortunately, Edward, the vampire, only drinks animal blood and refrains himself from trying to kill Bella. There is an entire family of them and Bella wishes to become a part of them, but Edward will not bite her to make her into a vampire too. Edward's family moves and Bella's world falls apart. She meets up with one of her old friends and he starts to heal her, but she still misses Edward so much. An old legend is brought up with Bella's old friend, Jacob, that changes his life and her life forever. He turns into a werewolf like his ancestors were made. He turns into one to fight the vampire that is after Bella because the first book is when Edward killed the vampire's mate in the last book. Edward's sister soon arrives after Jacob's transformation and delivers the news that Edward might be killing himself, and Bella goes out to find him. Once Bella finds Edward again, they reunite and make big decisions such as college and whether or not Bella is going to become a vampire or not. The only bad part of Edward and his family being home is that Bella cannot talk to Jacob because Edward and Jacob could possibly kill each other because the werewolves and vampires are enemies. There is another sequel to this book called Eclipse, which I hope to read in the near future.
